1) If you are a photographer in the photo pit at a show do NOT have a fucking flash. Not only does it annoy the band, but it also fucks up other photographers shots. You do NOT NEED a flash, what you need is a basic knowledge of shutter speed and aperture. Good lord this pisses me off to no end…

#2 is one of my biggest pet peeves in the live music industry, I know of some “non-photographers” who take great live photos, but aside from a very few, I think spectators should just watch and enjoy the show.
Shows by nature are spontaneous, and in my opinion should be enjoyed that way…

  11. whisper-something-fragile said: that’s why i take maybe 4-5 pictures at the beginning and then put my camera away so i can enjoy the rest of the show. as for the flash…my camera is kind of shitty when i dont use it. haha.
